At Replay Guitars, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new gear doesn't hit the right note, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team at [email protected] to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Safely place the instrument or accessory in its original packaging, ensuring all manuals, tags, and included accessories are present to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or arrange for a pickup for larger amplifier units.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the item to confirm its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
